We are pleased to share with the community the Blair County Head Start Annual Report for the 2021-22 program year. As per the requirements of the Head Start Program Performance Standards and the Improving Head Start for School Readiness Act of 2007, the report includes statistics and information regarding school readiness and child outcomes, health, nutrition and family engagement information as well as budgetary expenditures and other pertinent program highlights.
